Fireworks, free-flowing drinks, and one heck of a party were how The Property Collective showed their appreciation for clients, friends and family and their contributions to the business over the past three years.

The Property Collective director Will Honey says the event was the perfect way to celebrate everything they have managed to achieve in their time.

“We were thrilled with the turnout. We had around 200 people show up, which was really special,” Will says.

“The fireworks were awesome, and it was a great way to show our appreciation for the hard work everyone has been putting in over the past few years.

“It was lots of fun.”

Distinguished guests were taken on a ride around Lake Burley Griffin before being taken to The Boat House, where they were entertained by ‘Magic Mike’, a 10-minute fireworks display and music by local DJ Calum Gracie.

Guests watched local artist Eryn Marshall create a large painting, which was later sold at an intense auction, raising more than $1700 for The Butterfly Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting those with eating disorders.

Will says that the night was far from an excuse to throw a party.

“This isn’t just a party – it’s a celebration and recognition of the collective efforts from our clients, friends and family that have propelled us forward.

“It’s an opportunity to come together, reflect on our shared successes, and look ahead to the boundless possibilities of tomorrow, all in an atmosphere of appreciation for each and every one of you who have been part of our journey.”

Will says the most important element of the night was ensuring that all clients walked away knowing how much their support has meant to the group since it started.

“We’ve had great success over our first few years and we couldn’t do it without them.”

This month also marks five months of the company’s newest office.

“We launched the Brisbane office in January, and we’ve been doing a bit of property management, which has been going well,” Will says.

“The market up there is booming right now so we’ve done well to join in on it all.”

Will says that The Property Collective is gearing up for another busy year.

“We’ve got a few auctions, including our winter and spring showcases coming up,” Will says.

“Our staff retreat is also just around the corner. We’re taking the entire team up to the Gold Coast for a few days, and we’ll have some time to bond and listen to a few keynote speakers, which will be great.”

Along with his co-director, Hannah Gill, the team has more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry and is determined to keep up the success of the company alongside their loyal clients and customers going forward.
