Territory And Municipal Services are warning that residents of the southern suburbs of Conder and Banks are going to be losing analog TV a little earlier than the rest of us.
Analog TV services that are transmitted from the self-help site at the Water Tank at Orange Thorn Crescent in Banks will be switched off early to make way for digital TV services. The new digital-only TV service will be available in December 2011.
Residents should get ready for the switch to digital now.
To find out more on the early switch to digital TV in the Conder area, visit the Digital Switchover Taskforce at the Lanyon Marketplace on Thursday 1 December 2011 between 12 pm and 6.30 pm.
Better get your set top box if you haven’t already.
