Have the winter snuffles got you down? Come along to our Cooking with truffles workshop and truffle your blues away.

The Canberra Environment Centre is collaborating with Owen Saddler of Dream Cuisine fame to bring you something warm and delicious on Saturday 16th of August from 10-2pm.

We’ll teach you how to make a potato and truffle gratin and a traditional French rice pudding with truffles before sitting down to lunch with a glass of organic wine.

Come along. Put your nose to the ground.

Time: 10am – 2pm
Where: YMCA Bush Capital Lodge
Cost: $80 per person
