Corin Forest has a deep cover over the snow play area, up to 1.4m deep in parts, which means plenty to play in. There were a few nights of snow making during the week topping up the cover. That combined with work by the team to cover and successfully protect the snow through the heavy rain earlier in the week has it looking like snow play will be able to continue to late September. There will be updates over the coming weeks as to how long and how snow play will work as we move in to spring.

The Alpine Slide is open whenever the weather allows, the rain forced a few days of closure during the week, but it is open again and looks sets to stay that way over the weekend.

Road conditions have been good and with no snow forecast in the near future should remain open. There can be patches of ice and water, especially early in the morning, please drive carefully.

The warmer days are also bringing some more of the local wildlife back out to enjoy the sun around the lodge.

Please keep your eye on our Facebook and Twitter profiles for updates.
