Today Simon Corbell, the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate, announced Dorte Ekelund as the new Director-General of the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate.
That was a mouthful.
“It is a pleasure to announce Dorte Ekelund as the new Director-General of the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate and I welcome her to the position,” Mr Corbell said.
“Ms Ekelund has extensive experience in urban and infrastructure planning as well as policy development in the area of environmental management, water quality management and climate change adaptation and mitigation, all areas which will be important in her new role as Director-General.”

Sounds like you’re anticipating that it’ll be crap, yes?
So welcome back to Dorte after a few years pursuing other options. Will be interesting to see how the Directorate goes from here.
