Finish up early this Friday (TOMORROW), 15 October and join in on a free, uplifting event from 4 – 5pm (AEDT) called the “Unstoppable Hour of Power” which will inspire, motivate and excite you to spread positive vibes amongst your community.
Hosted by Lifeline ACT CEO, Carrie-Ann Leeson and Kulture Break Founder, Francis Owusu, the event brings together media personalities, Erin Molan and Dave Hughes, multi-platinum performer, Timomatic and Executive Chef of Laundy Hotels, Jamie Gannon in a variety-style hour of cooking, dancing and having a good laugh.
With 1 in 5 people in Australia experiencing symptoms of mental illness every year, it’s an opportunity to take some time out and be part of the “Unstoppable” movement – an initiative created with the purpose of uplifting yourself and those around you to push forward, no matter what.
