Celebrate Canberra’s bike riding community with Pedal Power ACT with the Big Canberra Bike Ride!

Canberra’s celebration of cycling returns to the shores of Lake Burley Griffin for Pedal Power ACT’s twentieth annual event on 21 March 2021.

Many hundreds of people are expected to join the festivities, with rides to suit all levels of skill and experience, and free family-friendly activities and delicious food and drink at our event hub on Rond Terrace.

There’s something for everyone, with rides to suit all levels of skill and experience, including the 6 km Big Family Ride, the 32 km Big Community Ride, the 70 km Big Dam Ride and the 120 km Big Tidbinbilla Ride.

All routes will start on Parkes Place West and finish on King Edward Terrace, Barton. The event hub will be on the lawns in front of Old Parliament House.

All riders will receive a medal!
