ACT Fire & Rescue are working to extinguish a fire at a two story residence on Wittunga Crescent, Banks.
The fire is on the second floor and the property has sustained a partial roof collapse.
Firefighters have conducted a search of the premises and are continuing to extinguish the fire.
Crews have gone to a defensive strategy due to the structural collapse of the property.
