Free outdoor community fitness sessions in April

Take your workout outdoors this Wednesday, 1 April 2015, and come along to a free outdoor lunchtime fitness session at the Deakin fitness station from 1 pm (adjacent to the intersection of Denison Street and Thesiger Court).

Local fitness trainer Lee Campbell will show you how to get a full body workout using the equipment at the Deakin fitness station which is one of the many outdoor fitness facilities available across the ACT. Come along with your runners on, a water bottle and the enthusiasm to give it a go.

Fitness sessions will also be held by Lee at the following times and locations throughout April:

  • 10 am, Saturday 11 April 2015, Crace fitness station off Narden Street
  • 5 pm, Wednesday 15 April 2015, Chifley fitness station off Chifley Place
  • 10 am, Saturday 18 April 2015, Ainslie fitness station off Angas Street.
