A Goulburn teenager will front ACT Children’s Court today (9 November) accused of threatening a Canberra Centre security with a 40-centimetre long ‘Bowie knife’.

ACT Policing officers were called to the shopping centre at about 2:50 pm on Wednesday (8 November) to reports two young men were stealing from stores in the complex.

It’s alleged a Canberra Centre security staff member approached the pair before the 17-year-old from Goulburn partially removed the knife from its sheath and made threats.
