I think it’s awesome that numerous people have commented on the first caps, yet Krats contiues on using them and has basically ignored the comments – not even a reply, AFAIK?! He/she is not bowing to the pressure yet!
In fact his/her comment “You Have Now Got Some Attention,…Happy??” could actually be redirected back to them and all the attention they have received. Ironic really! 🙂

It doesn’t matter what info he writes down, the police can’t/won’t do anything without ‘real’ evidence – video footage etc. We have a whole group of them that live near us.

You could still try call the police and they may agree to do a few patrols to see if they “get lucky” and catch him but it’s unlikely.
