ACT Community Living Project and the National Museum of Australia are joining forces to put on an expo and markets to celebrate I-Day.

At the moment they’re looking for stall holders so if you’re keen to get involved check out their stall holders invitation.

The Expo is a celebration of the skills, abilities and achievements of people with disability, and provides an opportunity to showcase and demonstrate the many and varied talents that they contribute to our community. Stall-holders include local artists, handmade craft items for sale, clothing, cakes and pastries, jewellery, books, music, and much more!

There will be live entertainment throughout the day, including choirs, dance performances and bands.

If you would like to hold a stall, demonstrate a sport, show off your artistic talents, sell your hand-made goods, sing, dance and entertain, give information about a service you provide, or anything else we haven’t thought of, we would love to see you at the Expo!

To register a stall, please fill in a stall holders application.

Calling for Sponsors – this event can not happen without the help of local businesses. Contact us to find out how you can help on the day.

Oh – I thought at first I-Day would be “Invasion Day” and the Museum was being very brave!
