For one of the last events in Scissors Paper Pen’s 2013 Program, and the very last of our SERIOUS SERIES events for the year, we want you to join us and INVENT AN EVENT.
An event about events?! Yup, mega meta.
It’ll be held 6pm to 8.30pm this Friday the 29 November at Gorman House Arts Centre. But what’s it all about? Well:
If you’re not seeing what you’d like in the ACT arts scene and you want to experiment with a word-inspired idea you really believe in, we’d like to see it too. Take a seat with the Scissors Paper Pen team and some pizza, and we’re going to work through what you need to do to make that event happen. We’ll review the event idea, hash out event plans, PR plans, venue plans and if it all goes well, SPP will offer to meet up with you some more and run that event with you in 2014.
This event is free but it’s only open for FIVE of those bright young youngsters we hear so much about (ie anyone under 35 with an idea or three).
