ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an indecent assault which occurred on Sunday (January 19) in Kambah.
About 6.00pm, a female was riding a bicycle through the underpass at O’Halloran Circuit in Kambah. A male was standing in the underpass with his genitals exposed. The male grabbed the female off her bike and placed his genitals against her mid-section and then let her go.
The male is described as being Caucasian in appearance with light brown hair, between 170 to 180cm (5’7”-5’11”) tall and of lean build. The male spoke with an Australian accent. He was wearing a black bicycle helmet, black t-shirt and black shorts.
