Police have arrested and charged a 24-year-old man after he made threats to kill and robbed a Fyshwick business at gunpoint last month.

Police allege the man was involved in an aggravated robbery of a Fyshwick business on 7 January where firearms were produced.

The man will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court today on charges including aggravated robbery and reckless threat to kill. A second man is also expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court in relation to this matter later this year.

Police are urging anyone who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.

Police are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who saw a white Mitsubishi Triton utility in the Fyshwick area on the morning of Monday, 7 January 2019.
