A 37-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning on multiple charges following a daylight robbery at the BP Service Station in Watson on Sunday (14 January 2018).

Police allege that about 8.35 am the man entered the service station on the corner of Antill Street and the Federal Highway after filling up his vehicle and threatened the attendant before leaving with an amount of cash.

The man was arrested after police received information from members of the public and will face charges of robbery, driving while disqualified, driving an unregistered vehicle, using an uninsured vehicle, and breaching bail conditions.

Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.
