If not too late, try out http://www.technowand.com.au , At my last job we were in the same situation and one of my friend recommend them. Gave them a call, a tech had visited our office the very same day and sorted out the issue. Till today, I guess its more than 3 years, they are taking care of IT for us.

Would surely recommend them.

Geeks2U are really good. I had them put in two blu-ray burners and when the LG (Low Grade) one didn’t work properly and had to be trashed they came back and installed the replacement I’d bought for free.

I’ve used Jim’s Computer for several years, usually about once a year. Malcolm has been my main contact. Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly on-site service.
