C-001

Hey people with cars and a love for all things Canberra!

Today is you last chance to put in a bid for the C-001 number plate pictured above, so get to it.

At the time of writing the bids are sitting at a cool $3,550.

You can top that, come on. You know you can.

Who needs 3 meals a day really?

What awful drab colours, three meals a day is very attractive next to that!

Its proabably too expencive for most the crying poor public servants who hang around on the riot act

Hmmmmmmmm, perhaps Robyn Archer might consider donating the little $$$ cabaret fee cherry she received on top of the million-dollar-icing-on-cake she receives for her role managing the Centenary?

Please stop! Just stop! Your obsession with Ms Archer is bordering on the psychotic.

She’s prominent, she’s highly political, she’s heading the Centenary, she’s in the news. And she owes Canberra some. She has no more comment from me or anyone else, than other public figures in Canberra. Viz the Simons, the old Jon, the Katies and Zzzzzzz. Oh, and Mully. If a prominent person is earning megabucks and toppin’ that up with a little bit more, it’s perfectly in order to suggest a donation to a worthy charity.

Whoah – the charity needs it. Target $3.5 million for the accessible playground, and handover to the NCA due this year. I think they have raised about a fifth of the funds needed by the look of it …

I note the regular Y series Celebration of a Century plates being issued still have the “old” Canberra 100 logo on them, how terribly out of fashion dahhling!

That’s nothing. RUS are still issuing Raiders plates with the old logo which was superseded by the current one in 1998.
