1. About what you’d expect from a BMW driver:
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an incident which occurred in Weston Creek last night (Tuesday August 31).
About 9pm a 14-year-old male was walking home from a bus stop in Brierly Street, Weston when he noticed a late-model silver BMW sedan bearing black and white ACT registration plates suspiciously drive up and down the street.
As the young male walked along Hindmarsh Drive and onto Streeton Drive in Rivett, he observed the same BMW following behind him. The victim turned onto a footpath at which time the BMW stopped at the pathway and the driver approached the victim on foot.
The driver attempted to engage the victim in conversation before exposing himself and conducting an indecent act in front of the victim.
The offender is described as a Caucasian male, aged in his late 20s to early 30s, approximately 170cm (5’7”) tall, with a medium build and shaved head. The offender was wearing an open brown waist length coat with pink underwear underneath.

2. Downer stabbing:
ACT Policing has arrested a 34-year-old man following a stabbing incident in Downer yesterday (August 31).
Police attended the residence around 4.30pm to find the 32-year-old male victim with facial injuries and a stab wound to his back. The victim was transported to Calvary Hospital for treatment to his injuries.
AFP Forensic Services attended and conducted an examination of the scene.
A search warrant was conducted of the alleged offender’s Dickson home and clothing, a vehicle and a knife were seized.
The alleged offender was conveyed to the ACT Watch House and charged with intentionally inflict grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and use offensive weapon dangerous to a person.
He will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (September 1).
