1. Chifley rapist:

A 25-year-old Chifley man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning charged with multiple sex-related offences.

Police will allege that on Friday October 22, the man had visited the Phillip unit of a 44-year-old woman, where he allegedly committed four acts of indecency against the woman and a further act of sexual intercourse without consent.

After the man left her home that evening, the woman contacted the Canberra Rape Crisis Centre, and police were later called to attend.

The alleged offender attended Woden Police Station yesterday afternoon (Thursday, October 28), when he was subsequently arrested and later charged with the five offences.

2. Can they leave the spit hood on?

A 27-year-old man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning on three counts of assaulting police after members of ACT Policing attended a domestic disturbance in Reid earlier today (Friday, October 29).

Around 5am today, police were called to Kanangra Court in Reid after reports of a domestic disturbance at the unit block.

On arrival, police found a woman in distress and damage to property. Police identified an intoxicated male at the location and determined him to be in breach of his bail conditions.

As the man was taken into custody, he allegedly attempted to headbutt and kick out at the arresting officers. He then spat blood and saliva into the face of one police officer and into the upper body of another officer. OC spray was used on the offender before he was placed in a caged vehicle and taken to the Watch House where the offender repeatedly attempted to fight with police and had to be placed in a spit hood.

He has been charged with breach of bail, three counts of causing harm to a Commonwealth official, and one count of hindering a Commonwealth official.

Ahhhh Kanangra court what a lovely place. One bad egg there ruining a whole block. It’s a pity the real scum public housing families can’t be housed in a facility away from real people.

Got to feel sorry for the cops having to deal with wankers like this. People seem less afraid of the police as time passes. I remember in the late 90’s seeing cops in Philadelphia with lead filled leather blackjacks/Saps hanging out of their back pockets. I think they changed the rule and don’t carry them anymore since a decent hit on a person head with one of those can fracture the recipient’s skull and kill them. People who spit at police deserve to get their asses kicked. It should be compulsory.

The guy in this next video spits on the cops and they do nothing (least while the camera is rolling) Hopefully they “adjusted” him.

Just vermin and dogs – the police have enough to deal with without having to put up with this type of trash. Bring back the good old days when police were allowed to ‘deal’ with these scum in a nice, quiet way!!

Funny how the problems we have from gutter crawlers like this now we didn’t have many years ago. I think in some states they had squads called the ‘bogie squads’ or similar – they would be in plain clothes, target an area that was becoming problematic, and stay there for a day or two (and nights) until the problem was resolved. And it was resolved – these scum certainly didn’t come back for more!

Now, if only our courts took a similar approach to their judiciary responsibilites!

Animals spit!

He’s lucky he’s not on the Gold Coast. The boys in blue there would’ve given him a beating to remember.

It might discourage spitting at Police if the spithood in question was never, ever cleaned.

Just in case you need one…

Says a lot for society that there exists a thing such as a spit hood. Definitely not something any non-derro would go bragging about.

OK while we’re OT, who knows the origin of the band name (around in the 70s for a while) “Ramspeed 25”?

Quote If I ever start a rock band, it’ll definitely be named “Spit Hood”.

A little while ago there was a band playing at the Green Room, with the charming name of ‘Gash Rash”. I wonder if they’re still around

What a waste of space…why is it that good people die young yet trash like that keep kicking on?

A ‘fun’ morning for the coppers involved … bring on the shower.

If I ever start a rock band, it’ll definitely be named “Spit Hood”.

“…there’ll be one less loser, sitting on a wall, one less loser after all. Nine local druggies sitting on a wall, nine local druggies sitting on a wall, and if one local druggie, should accidentally get banged up, there’ll be eight loser druggies, sitting on a wall…”

Sing along time people
