The Canberra International Music Festival returns this week with an immense program of classical and art music to suit every taste. It all kicks off on Wednesday night with the Opening Gala featuring the Canberra debut of Lior‘s Compassion at Canberra Grammar School’s Snow Concert Hall.

Now expanded to a five-piece ensemble, British India will bring their Threshold American tour to The Baso on Friday night. Expect old classics and new cuts from this iconic Australian band.

Also on Friday, Jessica Mauboy will take to the stage across town at the Canberra Theatre. She’ll be returning to her roots both musically and geographically as part of the Yours Forever Australian tour.
