Meet our lovable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes at the RSPCA ACT Shelter!
Cotter and Daisy are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week! These lovely animals are waiting to find their perfect match. Think that could be you? Read more about them below!
Dog of the week: Cotter
Meet Cotter, a sweet, loving boy who came to us quite cautious and unsure of his surroundings. He has since blossomed into a bubbly and affectionate young dog who has no problem showing it.
Cotter is hoping to find a fit and active family who want a special companion to love and cherish. He would be perfect in a home with a large yard where he can run around and be with his people. If you want to live a life where your dog is your world, then Cotter is the right boy for you.
Cotter would benefit from positive rewards-based training as he is only 10 months old and has plenty to learn.
Come on down to the shelter and meet this lovely boy today. He’s ready to be a happy part of your energetic life.
Cat of the week: Daisy
Meet Daisy!
This little old lady was surrendered to our shelter as her previous owner could no longer look after her. After a decade of life, this sweet old girl is ready to find her forever home.
Daisy tends to be shy upon meeting, but after giving her time and affection, she will be purring and ‘making biscuits’ before you know it. She absolutely loves feather toys of any kind and has a young and playful side about her.
Daisy will need a calm family that can patiently let her settle in her new home. In her previous house, she lived with another cat, so she may be good with other cats. She can get slightly overwhelmed by noise, so a nice, quiet home would suit her best.
Do you have room for this gorgeous, little lady?
Visit RSPCA ACT today at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston, and add a new companion to your life. You won’t regret it!
