Police are hoping the community might be able to help find a Batemans Bay man following a failed search at Pambula.

David Lane, aged 54, was last seen by family on Sunday (August 18), when he left his home in Surf Beach, near Batemans Bay.

David’s family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Yesterday (August 23), police, assisted by specialist resources, searched an area on the western side of Haycocks Road, Pambula Beach, after a tip suggesting Mr Lane might have been in the area.

However, he has still not been located. Mr Lane is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a medium build and light brown hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately – 1800 333 000
