UPDATE: Missing man last seen in Kingston area - FOUND

UPDATE 19 September 2:00 pm: ACT Policing has advised Hai Quach has been found safe and well.

The community has been thanked for its assistance.

16 September 11:00 am: Police have issued a public appeal to help find missing man Hai Quach.

The 52-year-old was last seen at the Kingston Railway station on Friday (15 September) but did not leave on a train.

He’s described as being of Vietnamese appearance, short, with a slim build and dark balding hair.

Hai was last seen wearing sandals, dark shorts, a light-coloured shirt and a dark puffer vest with a white logo on the front.

It’s believed he doesn’t have access to a car, but he does use public transport, including taxis.

In a statement, police said they are concerned for Hai’s welfare and hope the community can help find him.

Anyone who has seen Hai or may have information regarding his whereabouts has been urged to contact ACT Policing on 131 444, quoting reference number 7538682.
