Chief Minister Gallagher over the weekend let it be known that the community’s thoughts are wanted on how to improve the ACTION network:
ACT Chief Minister and Minister for Territory and Municipal Services, Katy Gallagher, today invited the community to take part in a series of focus groups to provide feedback on current and future ACTION bus services.
“The ACT Government is committed to delivering an accessible and effective ACTION bus service which also helps meet sustainable transport targets, and input from the community is key to achieving this,” the Chief Minister said.
“I encourage anyone interested in public transport – whether they are a regular bus user or they catch a bus only occasionally – who would like to be part of a focus group discussing current and future bus services to call 13 17 10 to find out how to take part in this important process.
Somewhat concerningly she finished directing those who want to get involved to contact “Winton Sustainable Research Strategies by emailing leswinton@bigpond.com“
