Maybe he could become a soap on a rope — string him up by his balls

I hope he finds himself in a small cell with a hairy man called Bubba.

Bubba can teach him a game called ‘Mummy and Daddy’.

Problem is not judges. Problem is sentencing guidelines they are provided. You want courts tougher on crime – talk to your local member and get the guidelines changed.

I wonder if he will get reinstated in his employment?

The most annoying thing about ACT courts is that you can’t even argue “the judges would feel differently if they were victims of violent crime”.

Because a fair chunk of violent crime happened to Justice Higgins at the hand of his son Gareth, and it doesn’t seem to have sunk in all that much.

Was he the one who was creeping in through open windows?

Ok, the wife can relax a bit now.

I wouldn’t call him a wanker. I think the problem is that he wasn’t ….

The story says he’s actually pleaded guilty, so an acquittal isn’t on the cards.

Of course, he IS in an ACT court so it’s not impossible he’ll get a pissweak sentence.

But capt Benno, how do you REALLY feel?!

chuckle.

Well, he’s been charged. Not sentanced yet. So anything could happen.

Of course, we still can hope he gets what’s coming to him. If what’s coming to him turns out to be an aquittal, then I’m assuming AD will be just as happy?
