No probs Stozza, if it was a issue I would not have authorized the post (or would have cut the banner from it). Photos and posters are a relatively new addition to Riot and as it is your’s is the first post to have a rotating banner. I was just enquiring how the readership felt.

Nik and Random – I didnt even think whether or not it was kosher when i posted – other gigs have had their posters on the site, i just figured that it was all good. Yea, i guess banners are a little irritating… but this one does feature a bubble bobble theme?

This is the first time to my knowledge that someone has put a banner ad in their story. What do people think? Is it to be discouraged or is it ok with things like gig notices, etc?
