Let me take you on a look in to a two-story townhouse in a boutique development in Turner that won HIA Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year 2024.
Andrew Mill is the director at Bellevue Building, and along with DNA Architects, the team designed and built the development. They also delivered a 2019 award-winning development next to it, which we cover soon.
The townhouse was custom built, with a lot of attention to detail and clever layout solutions, including a stunning internal courtyard that provides the bottom level of the home with plenty of light, creating a private zen space that’s protected from the elements.
Large living, dining and kitchen spaces, as well as the guest wing, sit in an open plan area on the bottom level and a sunlit open study, additional bedroom and the main bedroom are situated at the top. All sides have elevated views of the private courtyards or iconic Haig Park.
