ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery at the Eastlake Football Club in Griffith on Sunday 2 July.
Three men armed with knives entered the club through the entrance on Eyre Street around 2 am. The armed men threatened a staff member and demanded cash before leaving through the same entrance and fleeing the scene in a vehicle parked on Oxley Street. They drove in the direction of Daves Street.
The first man, Caucasian in appearance, is described as about 178cm (5’10”) tall. The second man is described as 178cm (5’10”) tall, whilst the third man is described as 186cm (6’1”) tall. All three men were wearing hooded tops, had coverings over their faces and were wearing gloves.
