So I’ve been told to revive the Unearthed Reviews from wherever forgotten internet features reside. Apparently Pocket Fox were next on the list to be reviewed so it falls to me to spend this morning listening to their songs on Unearthed, while staring out the window at the beautiful weather today and feeling pretty good about myself.
Full disclosure: I LOVE POCKET FOX.
Here is what they have to say about themselves:
Barely squeezing onto most stages, Pocket Fox is a feast for your ears. There are tunes to dance to, stories to laugh and cry to, and they’re also pretty good looking.
Here is what I have to say about them:
Pocket Fox are another reason why I love the music scene in Canberra. There seems to be a never ending supply of bright and talented musicians in this town willing to make something fun and charming. Pocket Fox fills a hole in my heart I never knew was there until I head them. They play the musical equivalent of fruit cake, sweet but not painfully so.
Full disclosure: I LOVE FRUIT CAKE.
So go, click on the Unearthed link, listen to Swedish Song first. Tap your foot. Then listen to the rest. Then have some fruit cake.
Full disclosure: I DON’T KNOW HOW TO REVIEW MUSIC, BUT I REALLY LIKE POCKET FOX.
Five Stars.
