You are, however, required to secure permission for any photos you use as part of the research, or ANU could quite reasonably say you were behaving unethically in the name of your institution. The photo of the woman in the bikini looks to have been taken in Europe – has the subject or the photographer given permission?

@ ex-vectis – As I am an undergraduate I am not required to get ethics approval for any research however this also sadly mean I am not allowed to publish the results. However I may be able to use a summary and share my report, I’ll look into it.

I like some nice ‘roo. As others have stated, the issue ’round here is about the limited number of choices & value for money. The gov’t burying the “culled” ‘roos in a hole is criminal in my opinion.

There is something about that photo (the BB not the Roo) which makes me think the other photos in the sequence are NSFW

Could you possibly publish the results of your survey? As someone who has had to resort to getting skippy meat from friends (shooting on their land) because the availability and cost is prohibitive, i’d be quite interested. Even the stuff you can get – $13 per Kg – is in rancid plastic bags and has been frozen. Oh to see a nice side of well hung Roo hanging from the butchers hook….

Roo is a part of my weekly diet, now that I can get it at my Friendly Local Caring And Not At All A Gigantic Corporate Empire supermarket.
