THE FACE OF EXODUS 2006 CANBERRA – THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL

The Face of Exodus model search by Nik Studio Industries and Greg Pope from Exodus has been keeping Canberrans guessing all the way through the month of May. The Face of Exodus is a territory wide search for all the good looking and fashionable guys who are looking to make their break into the modeling and fashion industries.

The grand finale was held on the last Friday of May after 3 heats saw only the hottest contestant’s move forward and compete for the sought-after exclusive modeling portfolio by Nik Studio Industries and the prize position of being the face of the visionary brand Exodus. Canberra Times, City News, CAP and local media were all there to express their support, and judge the talent.

After much deliberation by the judges on the evening, Laurie Josh was the man who has what it takes to live up to the expectations of being a top model. Nik Studio himself was there on the night supporting the models and was excited with the talent that made it through to the finals. Two other contestants (Doug and Jim) were snapped up by Nik Studio Industries and they are currently being considered by new mega-retailers (e.g. Canberra Fashion Depot, due for opening 31st August 2006).

Nik is a long-time supporter of the local modeling and fashion industries, which have experienced enormous growth with the arrival of Nik Studio Industries.

Canberrans will no doubt have noticed the nation’s capital starting to defrost around the edges with style and glamour heating the usually sleepy city up. Keep a look out in the near future for events by Nik Studio Industries and who knows… the spotlight may soon be swinging your way.

Yep, something in there for both sexes – and for all proclivities. Good picture, too, as are the others on the NSI website – wonder who the lensman/chick is?

Terubo, perhaps I should have phrased it
“for back fetishists who are male”.

And I think it is a rather nice back too.

sorry randomgit and mr evil, i am sorry you feel such pain when presented with the idea of someone other than you succeeding in life. i feel for you both, i am lighting a candle for you as we speak. lighten up dudes, its called having a bit of fun, its what people do (when not living behind a computer screen). give it a go, live life, dont be a bitch 🙂

If she’s feeling the cold (requiring a scarf) why is she getting around in a singlet?

It would be much safer for all concerned if she put on a cardie.

Strange, Kerces, there was I thinking it was a female back – and rather enjoyable to behold too.

They don’t actually make much porn though

it’s more a dubious box shifting industry.

not so exciting.

If models are the only thing that is supposedly going to save Canberra from becoming duller than it already is, well we truly are in deep shit then.

Anyway, Canberra’s not really dull – we’ve got the porn industry!

I had totally missed the fact that this town is stale and sleepy and if not for these people who are clearly more beautiful and important than me telling me that they are the only thing going for it, I would have remained in that dark and fearful place of the mind.

Yay for metrosexual disco bitches!

i dont think its another “bloody ad”, im not gay but im glad to see a good-looking fella making it in Canberra. good on him, this city needs heaps more events like this to contradict the reputation this city has for being dull. if your a bogan and not happy seeing a male model making a living in Canberra (jealousy maybe?) then go join your friends just across the border.

…and a shave.

I think he needs a haircut personally.

Quite nice eye-candy too.

And something for those male back-fetishists too.

It may not be advetorial, but it’s the kind of stuff that City News runs. That alone should be reason enough to consider ignoring it…

Guys, we very clearly disclose advertising we get, this is neither.

It’s a community notice with some eye-candy for the ladies which is in keeping with the story.

No, it’s an “advertorial”.

Another bloody advert.
