OMG it's Movember!

Yes it’s that time of year again, the time when grown men find yet another excuse to do something silly. It’s Movember – it’s time to grow a Mo.

Movember the month formally known as November is a charity event held during November each year.

At the start of Movember guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants known as Mo Bros then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their moustache and along the way raise as much money and awareness about male health issues as possible.

The money raised by Movember is donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and beyondblue – the national depression initiative, which will use the funds to create awareness, fund research and increase support networks for those men who suffer from prostate cancer and male depression.

Here at RiotACT not only not only do we support Movember but we are putting our money where or MO’s should be. That’s right Riot is going to award a $100 sponsorship to the Rioter with the best Mo. All you need to do is take a photo pre-Mo (today will do) and one on the 30th on Movember and then submit it to us here at root@the-riotact.com and the best Mo will get an extra $100 towards their fund raising efforts care of us.

So come on guys – get Mo-ing!
