The Local Libs in the form of Wild Bill Stefaniak have put out a media release on their plans to increase the statute of limitations to allow fire victoms to sue the gubbmint for any failings that might arise from ongoing inquiries.
Shadow Attorney General, Bill Stefaniak, said today the Opposition would introduce a Bill in the September sitting of the Legislative Assembly to extend the Statute of Limitations to protect the rights of bushfire victims.
