Floriade vs Skyfire

mebbe they can plant lots of allergy-inducing blossoms at floriade and do what we did to the martians in ‘war of the worlds’ (though preferably without bloody tom croooze)

My money is on Skyfire, since they have Floriade seriously out gunned. But if, as you suggest, Floriade is undermining Skyfire, they might be in with a shot.

I thought this was going to be a local version of Alien vs Predator.

Nope – according to Cedric now is the time to be buying and planting your bulbs…..

But Floriade isn’t until September…aren’t they a bit early?

Somehow I don’t think two well established Canberra events would clash and screw up in the way you’re suggesting but we will have to see closer to the time.
