Joy Burch is celebrating a swing towards her education system in the 2013 ACT School Census.
ACT Public Schools have enjoyed another jump in enrolments with an increase of 921 students in the last 12 months according to results of the ACT School Census August 2013.
This increase equates to a 2.3% increase in enrolments between August 2012 and August 2013. Since August 2009 there are an additional 2678 students, or an increase of 7%.
Minister for Education and Training Joy Burch said the census results were pleasing as it clearly demonstrated that parents and carers had great confidence in ACT public schools.
