The YRA is concerned that current ACT Government plans for clearing up asbestos and other contamination at the Canberra Brickworks in Yarralumla are inadequate and vastly underestimate the costs. We understand that the plans are not fully consistent with the regulatory framework that applies to contaminated sites, in particularly asbestos, in the ACT.
