ACT Policing responded to reports of an explosion at the Oracle Apartment complex in Belconnen at around 9:00 pm last night (17 February).
Attending officers seized the exploded remnants which will be submitted for forensic examination. They are believed to be from a commercial-grade firework.
The incident did not cause any significant property damage, and Police say there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
