The ACT has recorded 355 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8 pm yesterday, including 276 identified by PCR and 79 by rapid-antigen tests (RAT).
There are now 40 people in hospital, including two in intensive care and one being ventilated.
The number of ACT residents aged 12 and over who are fully vaccinated remains steady at 98.6 per cent while 62.9 per cent of ACT residents aged 16 and over have received a booster shot.
NSW recorded 7615 new cases and 12 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Victoria recorded 10,589 new cases and 20 deaths.
