Behaviour outcomes at the time – sure. How about life outcomes? (and it appears there ARE differences)

Effects differ across socio-economic groups – sure. Kids with crap home lives do better in daycare. Not clear whether kids with fantastic home lives do worse in daycare.

Kids do better in daycare with smaller carer/child ratios – sure. Does that effect continue to one-on-one care with a parent? Do kids do better with one-on-one care at home, all other things being equal?

Need massively more information!

Gee an economist writing a paper about the social and Psychological effects on children in childcare. I wondered who published that one?
