Think about it.

There are approximately 27,000 ways to kill any targeted category of humans, such as me. More than 60% of that are both easier and cheaper than this.

But to indulge your fantasy for a moment, if this one actually were to become a problem, it’s really not that difficult to hide oneself from an aerial observer.

Apparently they are not permitted to be flown above 400 feet unless they receive special permission.One would think that if they crashed there wouldn’t be much to salvage so colour would be superfluous,although bright orange candy would certainly be eye catching.

When I saw the earlier post about this thing, I assumed the required proximity of the “water bottle” to the “missing person” simply corresponded to the soft-target lethal radius of the munition.
