A Bonner man is planning to reunite with overseas family members he hasn’t seen in over a decade after winning $200,000 in a Lucky Lotteries jackpot draw on Monday (June 17).

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, told a NSW Lotteries’ official that the win had come at the perfect time but at first he had trouble believing it was true.

“I have been getting calls all over the place, so I thought it was a hoax,” the Bonner man told the official when claiming his prize.

“I’m glad it’s not. You have made my day.

“You don’t understand how much this means to me and how incredible I feel right now.”

When asked how he planned to spend his prize money, the family man said it would allow him to tick off a few items on his bucket list.

“The first thing I am going to do is pay off some bills,” he said.

“I want to bring some of my family from overseas here to Australia for a holiday.

“It’s been on my wishlist for a long time. It’s my number one wish. Family means everything to me.

“I will go on a holiday too with my family. I need one bad. I will go over to Spain for a big holiday. I haven’t been there in years and I love it.”
