The Canberra Academy of Chess runs junior chess clubs in Woden and Belconnen, as an opportunity for students to further their knowledge in chess and participate in tournaments during the school term.
The Canberra Academy of Chess is still taking enrolments for both clubs. 2015 term dates and details are below.
Belconnen Junior Chess Club
Term 3: 21st July – 22nd September
Term 4: 13th October – 15th December
When: Tuesdays from 5:00pm-6:30pm
Where: Melba-Copland Secondary School, Cnr Copland Rd & Verbrugghen St, Melba ACT
Woden Junior Chess Club
Term 3: 25th July – 26th September
Term 4: 17th October – 12th December
When: Saturdays from 10:30am – 12:00pm
Where: Canberra Academy of Chess Centre, Unit 4, 32 Dundas Court, Phillip ACT
