Join the experts to explore the horticultural aspects of Walter Burley and Marion Mahony Griffins’ vision for Canberra.

See the Griffins’ original plans and discover their sensitivity to the physical features of the national capital site.

Learn about the Griffins’ plans for reforestation, a botanical garden and a ‘continental arboretum’ with seven different areas representing the continents.

Hear about the Griffins’ relationship with federal horticulturalist TC Weston and Weston’s contribution to the greening of Canberra.
