We had a real fun time at the Tuggeranong show last year. Big enough that it was fun but small enough that you didn’t have to spend half a day trapsing around. They even let Bigtits on the jumping castle something she wanted to do for years. So kids look out for a “29” year old on the castle again this year.

The Hartley Challenge (a charity/fundraising ride) starts today and finishes up on Sunday. A group of around 300-400 cyclists are riding 450km from Canberra to Kosciusko and back.

The 5th annual Marques in the Park is on Sunday the 25th November 2007 at John Knight Park, Belconnen. Event starts at 10am and goes until around 3pm.

MARQUES in the PARK is a FREE event, thanks to the great support of: Shannons Insurance and the Council of ACT Motor Clubs. In 2006, over 600 vehicles were on display from Veteran and Vintage motorcars to the latest Ford FPV GT’s and Suzuki Swifts.

Someone said that there is apparently an election on Saturday. Can anybody confirm this? There hasn’t been anything in the media about it.
