Exam supervisor wanted

My husband and I are studying through Kaplan Professional online. We are looking for someone who would be able to supervise our exams in Canberra.

We are happy to pay for the supervision. We will need to sit 4-5 exams over approximately 8-12 months. They need to take place in a public place with internet access.

We were thinking of using the National Library main reading room. Suitable supervisors can be a teacher, Justice of the Peace, doctor, lawyer, accountant or police officers. Many thanks to anyone who can assist.

If you can assist, either comment below or email editor@riotactholdings.com.au and we’ll forward your information along – Ed.

If you are looking for an exam supervisor, you can now sit at the Fraser Exam Centre in Canberra. No need to travel interstate to get to your Uni or College. Let us take the stress out of getting to your exam location. fraserexamcentre.com.au

did you find anyone? I am looking for one for the 26th of this month, I got late notice on it.

If you look at the website (assuming I’ve found the right one) there are a few more people/locations you can sit the exam at/with:

I would potentially see if you can sit the exams at the local uni’s. It may also depend on how time dependant the exams are?

It’s a good question DTC. I’ll double check with Kaplan as I’ve also noticed that there are other people who fill exam supervisor roles. I might also try calling the universities and colleges to see if they can give me some advice.

Are those the only people who can supervise? I know that many people have part time jobs supervising university exams (lots of retirees, for example); but I assume that isnt enough unless they happen to be a retired teacher etc or a JP?

I’m not sure how people get on the uni exam supervisor list, but you might be able to track down an agency through google and see if they have anyone on their books
