The Department of Land and Property Services is asking for your thoughts on an application by the French Australia Pre-school in Red Hill.
The French Australia Pre-school has received in-principle approval from the Government
for the subdivision and purchase of part of Block 11 Section 27 Red Hill, which it currently
occupies in the child care centre at Red Hill Primary School.The site is situated on Astrolabe Street Red Hill off La Perouse Street (see attached
map).As part of this proposed sale, a study is also being undertaken into providing a long-term
car park for the users of the pre-school and other potential users in the surrounding area
on a vacant site on Astrolabe Street, between the tennis courts and the Scout Hall.Should you wish to comment on either the direct sale or the proposed use of Block 30
