ACT Policing is investigating an incident at Kowen Forest where a boundary fence was cut by two men riding trail bikes.
About 1.50pm last Tuesday (January 29), two men were captured on camera cutting the boundary fence at Kowen Forest. Incidents such as these are an ongoing threat to livestock on the property.
One of the men was riding a blue Yamaha YZ 250 F while the other was riding a yellow Suzuki RMZ 250 F.
The second man was wearing a “One Industries” brand blue and white top with matching pants and an O’Neal helmet.
This is the fourth time in recent months where the fence has been cut. In October last year there was over 100 metres of damaged fenceline as the intruders forced their way onto private property.
Police believe the same offenders are responsible for damage caused in November and December last year based on the footage from the incidents.
Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed these incidents, or who may know who these two men depicted are, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
