By Canfan 6 June 2014 0

A 21-year-old Stirling man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Friday, June 6) charged with child exploitation related offences.

Yesterday (June 5), the AFP Child Protection Operations Digital Forensics Team executed a Section 3E Crimes Act 1914 search warrant on a residence in Stirling.

As a result of the warrant a large volume of child exploitation material was located.

The man was arrested and conveyed to the ACT Watch House where he was charged with a number of child exploitation offences. The man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning where police will oppose bail.
