By Canfan - 19 September 2014 4

ACT Policing has seized six cannabis plants following the execution of a warrant on a home in Stirling today (Friday September 19).

About 9.10am, police executed a Drugs of Dependence Act (DODA) search warrant on the home and located a hydroponic setup and six cannabis plants worth an estimated $30,000.

The plants were seized along with the hydroponic setup, including transformers, leads, irrigation and lighting.

The owner of the home was present when the search warrant was executed and is assisting police with their investigations.

If, out of all the problems in the world, someone having 6 plants makes it into your top of things to worry about then you should reassess.
Having said that, attend court when the matter is listed and listen to proceedings.
Others might know if the court documents are available to the public.

Why do you worry? It was six dope plants. I’m guessing the raised terror alert has you not getting out of bed?

What a waste of police resources.
